CROSS Recruit supports both candidates and businesses. For candidates, we offer personalised career coaching, professional résumé and cover letter support, and access to our free job portal to connect with employment opportunities. For businesses, we provide tailored recruitment solutions, guidance on inclusive hiring practices, and end-to-end recruitment support aligned with operational needs and workplace health and safety (WHS) considerations.
